we won't last forever, we're changing everyday.

I guess if you wish hard enough dreams do come true. This morning when I got up and listened to the weather I found out that it was going to be almost 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 Celsius).

So when I got dressed I picked this out in honor of the warmth.
(I still put on tights however, because this time of year my legs are sickly white.)
Debbie Miller for Rigo dress worn as top. Skirt made by me and Eilowny. ???Tights.

My orchestra class took a field trip to the symphony. We were required to dress up, and by that I mean we weren't aloud to wear jeans or sweatpants.
What a funny thing it is when your everyday clothes are dresser than your classmates' dressy clothes. I thought I dressed pretty casual today too.

Today was a good day.

  1. I love the outfit and especially like the backround you chose to go with it in the first picture. And I definitely know what you mean about clothes being dressier than everyone elses at school! I've been there many times haha!

  2. Yes the wallpaper is defintely lovely! I wish my house had that kind of character.

And yeah, it's kind of impossible to make the pics anonymous but oh well lol. Thanks for thinking about it for me though =]

  3. Thanks for your comment! Oh yes, draping is so much fun and you should get a dress form soon :) It would probably be easier that pining fabric to yourself!

Oh! I love that dress you are wearing :)

    P.S.- i have linked you ;]

  4. oh i like your top! and the skirt looks great too. and yes your wallpaper reminded me of vintage houses somewhere in a beautiful farm. :)

  5. Oh my gosh, it was such an amazing experience, I'm sorry you couldn't make it... :( By the way I love the outfit.

  6. i LOVE the dress. so much.
    and your header is adorable

  7. thank you kindly, i love the top bit, it makes it look like a film reel. and i like them.
